People at Georgetown have definitely received offers from Ropes NY

Offers from Sidley, Debevoise, White & Case Freshfields. All NYC and came within 3 days of CBs. Ghosted so far by Ropes NY (it’s been a week since CB).

I had my CB yesterday (their last day of doing them for GULC students, I think), and someone on the recruiting team mentioned to me the hiring team was meeting last night. They may have met up before and already extended offers, but I haven't heard anything yet.

I was told by a friend who has a relative working at DLA that they only hired two people for their summer class in regulatory. Anyone who interviewed for lit or corporate was just not gonna get a cb. Obviously this is anecdotal and maybe they will hire more people in the near future.

Was told I was great at interviewing by a few people during the OCI process so wondering how I got it so wrong with almost all of my screeners. Hoping something will pan out.

I got a CB with a resume/screener that was clearly lit focused. You are right though, they have a very small summer class. Last year, it was four people based on OCI stats.

Penn student here. DLA DC (I’m assuming you’re discussing dc) was originally on our schedule, then was changed to project finance only, and then totally removed signaling to me they didn’t have much space if they weren’t interested enough to even give us screeners. Would not be surprised if they are having a very small and/or focused summer class. If they took any 1Ls last year they may have also offered them taking up space in an already small class.
