Good on them for keeping it on the down low (at least from attorneys at the firm). That doesn't mean that it was a correct or smart decision.

At least the people in recruiting seemed to know/not care. Not saying it's the smartest thing to do in the world but from what I gather it is much more of the norm than you are leading these kids to believe.
