baker botts? seems 1 person posted that they knew someone with a cb, but anyone else? im still waiting to hear from 3 firms, is it safe at this point to basically write them off as dings that are just slow to come?

Seems from this thread that LR is worth a good 3-4 CBs at this point :) I hope not being LR doesn't exclude us from canceled CB slots etc. I know of people who are already canceling CBs because they have better offers.

Just got my Baker Botts rejection e-mail. I get so butthurt when I get rejected from preselects. Y U LIEK RESUME BUT NOT PERSON?!?!

Same, got rejected as well but wasn't preselected (interviewed with the IP guy during his lunch), thought it went pretty well too...

Same here. Got 30 e-mails all at once with lots of duplicate mails... but I don't think we are losing any incoming e-mails. (hopefully)
I think this has something to do with the preparation of Gmail transition but I really don't know why the school decided to this during the OCI season.
I mean they had all this time to get it done yet they initially chose to do it during EIW (which they failed to do so due to "technical difficulties") and now during CB times.
Granted that most CBs are done via phone calls, it is still annoying that our law school emails are acting up during such an important time for all of us... not to mention that school encouraged us to use law.edu mail accounts for OCI.

also rejected by them and preselect .. wompp... are they really selective? last year they gave 7 callbacks out of their 12 preselects.. thought my interview went well and in top 10% oh well! better than silence
