Any Goodwin dings yet? People posted they got CB's and the recruiters told me a response would come via email but I haven't received anything yet so I assume a snail mail ding

It's amazing how some callbacks/rejections came immediately, and some people are still waiting. Is this how OCI will be?

Has anyone gone on their call backs yet? Have the recruiting coordinators commented on time frame for getting back to you regarding offers? I know it depends from place to place, but I wanted to see what time frame we are looking at this year. My first one is on Monday. So, I'll let you know what I find out.

I'm also curious to hear if the recruiting coordinators are offering any info regarding how many people they are bringing back.

My school has regionals out west all week. If firms are going to wait until they look through all the candidates from my school before deciding I am in for a long wait! (not OP above)

Has anyone thought about contacting preselect firms that you have received no decision yet and are in the same city as a CB firm and mention that you are in the city for a call back interview with another firm and you would love to come back to the preselect firm? Or does it not work that way? I figured it either makes you look more attractive to the firm and shows that you are still interested in the firm or more pushy/snobby/not 100% committed to the firm.

I think this would be fine if it was like "hey, I don't know where you are in the recruiting office but I wanted to let you know in case it would help you streamline things" and not "call me back call me back please call me back."
