I am just curious; if many Columbia students are underperforming this season, what about other kids at lower-ranking schools? Is this an odd year for everyone?

Yes, students are definitely underperforming at other T14s.

I go to another CCN and based on my observation it's been pretty extreme this year. I know ppl with only 1-3 callbacks out of ~25 screeners; while others got ~10-15 CBs. Talked to an upperclassman, who said this was also the case in prior years, but it seems even more extreme this year...
