...Any chance Proskauer operates on a "save the best for last" mentality?

This might be a stupid question but do you guys send a thank you email to every interviewer you met?

No. It is said that the decision has been made by the time we send in thank-you notes during screeners. So thank-you notes can only hurt our chances (say if there's a typo). Not sure about callbacks thoughAnonymous User wrote:This might be a stupid question but do you guys send a thank you email to every interviewer you met?

Re: Columbia EIP 2016
So I know this has already been asked, but I had 11 interviews (4 and 7). No CB yet. Have only seen one initial show up so far for people I interviewed with. I have Stone grades but not kent. Should I be worried or is it possible people are just going later? I didn't think any of them went badly.

Thank you emails are completely unnecessary for either screeners or CBs - especially during screeners where you already have a bunch going on at once. No need to give yourself extra work and/or something to worry about god forbid you mess up in an email. Send them if you really want to, but they won't give you any boost in chances of getting an offer/CB. IMO just don't bother with them.

I'm on the same boat. 10 interviews, grades near Kent. I thought at least 7-8 went very well. I have the same question about interviewers, but also wondering about other markets. I did four NY firms, 5 DC firms and one Miami. I have strong ties to all three cities.Anonymous User wrote:So I know this has already been asked, but I had 11 interviews (4 and 7). No CB yet.
