Me too. And my grades were not terrible at all. Been told that I'm a pretty decent interviewer too. Sucks.Anonymous User wrote:Freshfields ding in the mail today.
...wondering if I haven't been hearing back from a lot of firms simply because they're late/sending dings by snail mail, as supposed to because I am on hold.
Still at 0 CB.

Also got the ding email this evening. I knew it was a longshot anyway with my grades, and I was surprised to get a CB at all. Still sucks to know that I was pretty close but just fell a bit short.Anonymous User wrote:Post-CB rejection from Paul Weiss (NY). Damn, thought the CB went really well.

Re: Penn OCI
If I interviewed with PW last week and haven't gotten a call or a ding email, is it dumb to still be hopeful? Anyone know if they had some sort of wait list in the past?

Same, may have been a different interviewer though (I honestly forget/don't care to check).Anonymous User wrote:Shearman ding, interviewer was RM
May have picked up a 3rd CB today from mass mailing NYC (with what I can only describe as a "midlaw" firm that pays $145k). At this point I have no idea if its a screener or CB, but am thinking its just a screener. Still, I'll take it.
