How people with below average grades did at EIP? I had 1H and landed only two CBs. On the verge of striking out…

I think it's way too early to conclude how many callbacks you've gotten, especially if you bid on non-NY markets. I had a firm tell me during my interview on Monday that they were going to call me back. I still haven't gotten the official call.

FWIW, I'm a 3L and last year I got two callbacks a few days after EIP had ended. Everything worked out and I ultimately got offers, but I definitely went home and cried Friday night.

For people with callbacks, especially if you don't have a lot, look at OCS's Who Works Where chart and reach out to people who summered at the firm. People are usually happy to talk about their experiences, and it never hurts to have inside information (and possibly a name to drop).
