Market is moving. Keep seeing recruiters looking for big law associates with 1-3 years experience. Enrollments in law school still down. Top firms are moving to $190k as a protective measure to avoid firms outbidding each other and first year comp goes to $210k.

Pretty sure the troll here is that they are going 170 when they become second years in January... He didn't say incoming first years.
