Question: other than NALP, are there any other sites that list smaller firms?

I applied via mail a few weeks ago and T14. Not diversity.

In applying to Diversity Programs for 1L Summer, should the essay be in the same vein as our personal statements, a diversity statement, or something completely different?
I structured mine in the same way as a cover letter.

Email from inhouse requesting grades
0 grades back yet
I'm not sure what I'll do once I end up below median and have to deal with the flurry of rejections.

CCN non-diverse. Unique but not amazing work experience.

Had interviews with Shook Hardy and Husch in KC, and an upcoming interview at Lathrop Gage. Anyone else interview with these firms or hear anything back yet?

In a similar dilemma with a V5, V40 and V50.

I'm hoping to mitigate the potential of bad grades by making an impression during my in-person CBs. Grades should be out immediately thereafter. Overall, I'm pretty happy with these responses given that I've sent out ~10 V50 apps.

Accepted an offer from the DoJ at the satellite office I wanted, in the specific section I wanted. (Not seeking-firms). Happy days.

Got a Cooley CB in NYC but haven't heard a peep from my other applications. It's a strange new world, this law firm process.

Someone else strangely responded to my post but yea, it was the next day. And grades have not been sent bc I don't have em yet.
