So did everyone who interviewed with Skadden NY just get an email about a reception next week in the city?

I interviewed, but no CB yet (RF/OE). I'm assuming this was just mailed to the wrong list?

This is probably not helpful, but I saw in the Georgetown thread that they just started making callbacks there this morning. Their Paul Weiss timeline was the same as ours, so maybe this is non-coincidental.

I haven't heard anything about them personally or from any of my friends who were interested.

Two years ago, I interviewed on Wednesday August 13th. I got the callback phone call on Tuesday August 19th. So, just under a week later.

At least for HLS, W&C does everything by committee, so it will take some time for anybody to get a callback. The wait is even longer for offers because (at least in past years) they interview every HLS candidate before extending an offer to any HLS candidate.

Does anyone have thoughts on good NYC host firms? How does it work if one of your firms is WilmerHale, given that they only reimburse 1 night per 2 firms (unlike most firms that reimburse 1 night per 1 firm)?
