After we go to a callback interview, should we email a thank you note to just the recruiting director, or to each one of the attorneys we met with? I was thinking just to the recruiting director. Thanks!

All the attorneys took time out of their (busy) schedules to interview you, so it's a nice move to thank them as well.

I'm sure someone will chime in about whatever OCS protocol is, or the merits of email vs paper, but at the end of the day you can't really go wrong thanking people for doing something for you that they didn't have to.

They didn't specify so I'm going to play it safe and wear the jacket and tie. If we end up looking terribly overdressed, we can always take off our ties and jackets (I believe they have a coat check that we can give that to).
