Will have been two weeks on Monday from my sidley CB. Not sure if it's because I interviewers with another office of theirs during OCI. But no ding or offer.

How was the CB? Pretty informal or did you feel like it was a true interview (behavioral questions, etc.)? Thanks!

They really, really emphasize fit at the LA office. I think that's a trait of LA in general; I didn't notice it as much in NYC or DC. When I got other offers, they would say they were impressed by my credentials, etc. But nobody from Milbank has said anything like that. It's all about how much people enjoyed meeting me, they think I'll fit in really well, etc. Another thing they want to know is that YOU want to be at Milbank. All in all, more on the informal side.

Above anon with Milbank offer today. This is absolutely correct. They are huge on fit and the attorneys I met with were incredible candid, which I appreciated. The LA office is great, and I think I'll be accepting as well. I've already had 4 phone calls from people there in 2 hours.

Just withdrew from Jenner, Crowell, Locke Lord, Cox Castle, Polsinelli, Reed Smith. Didn't have offers at any of those places but was either post CB or had impending CBs. Best of luck to everyone.
