If an interviewer hit me with "what questions do you have for me" early in the interview, it seems to me the whole interview would be tailored to my reply of "describe your ideal candidate."

An interviewer whose background was very similar to mine - same college, law school, major, ethnicity, even extracurricular activities - recalled the "good times" (i.e. his/her rampant alcohol and drug abuse during undergrad)... and then asked me about mine. I answered in the negative. I didn't get an offer. :shock:

Edit: This was a hustled interview, not an OCI.
