Any reedsmith chi movement? Or in general how long to wait after CBs for firms?

RS Chicago has given out offers pre-oci that took a couple of weeks in between callbacks and offer - not sure what their turnaround is during oci

Ah I'm sorry to hear that I keep getting trolled by LinkedIn showing me posts from people I don't even know saying they accepted an offer there...I hope there are still some spots left. I hate this process

I dont know if we are necessarily doing better lol. I'm a transfer and was getting straight rejections until I got an offer at the firm I heavily networked with.

...just one firm...but I know we finished up recruiting at my chi office a couple weeks earlier than expected as offers were accepted at a far higher rate than typical.
