What is the usual gpa range for W&C NY offer?

In people's experience based on CB's received (and not received, if assumed ding), are firms focusing more on 1L fall grades or 2L grades? Meaning, if you had a 3.2 after 1L but a 3.6 after this semester, how are the 3.6+ and 3.4+ firms treating you?

My experience is that they're taking grades less seriously. I'm below a 3.4, and have received callbacks from multiple 3.6+s

Wish I listened to OCS less for sure.

Should be slightly above. Because of the amount of Bs that are given out, I've gotten the impression that median is probably 3.2x from other threads.

As an additional data point, I have a 3.7 and have callbacks with two 3.6+ firms, two 3.4-3.6 firms, and ghosted from the rest, including some non-grade-sensitive firms. It feels like grades do not matter much and it's all about the interview.

Always take everything OCS says with a grain of salt. Your priorities don't align. They want to make sure that as many people as possible get as many BigLaw jobs as possible, but they don't care if it's the "right" one. You, meanwhile, just want an offer at a firm you want. OCS doesn't care if you get an offer at a firm you want, they only care that you get an offer at all.
