Don't keep your head down. Just keep applying and networking. I'm a transfer from a T1 to a school in the T25 (kind of a super regional think VANDY,WASHU,EMORY,ND) that's incredibly close to where I grew up/in my home market. However, I didn't get anything from OCI either (so far).

so far 0/3 on offers waiting on one.
Basically now networking and MM and having a little success utilizing some people I know in my home market. One turned to an interview.
I think this transfer season may be a little more difficult than last year in terms of the job hunt. It's still a grind.
