Probably the least lopsided distribution within the T14 so far. Very evenly distributed, though no love for California schools apparently lol.

Should I be worried if I never got the email with the STB info? Not at the NY office FWIW.

I did accept, got the duffel bag in the mail and everything. I'm wondering if not all the offices were sent the email (maybe just NY got it?). Each office might have its own SA email list or something. The only communication I've had with NY was them sending me the duffel bag, otherwise all communication has been with the satellite office I'm heading to. Though no communication since mid-October from either.

From a SA with their NYC office, Fwiw we received an email last week telling us to expect Summer info the week of Dec. 15. I'd definitely contact them if you don't receive anything that week.

Simpson is known to ask your law school during 2L year how you're doing and whether you're on track to get good grades. Who knows... maybe they got a sense that your grades were going to dip a bit and rescinded your offer?

I could understand them doing this after grades come in, but before grades? That's just speculation. Also, wouldn't they tell you if your offer is rescinded?

Just so that anyone who might stumble upon this in the next few days is clear: STB does not do this. They don't even ask for a transcript in the NY office. Stop.

Anyone who might fall for this is a victim of their own stupidity, not of the post. Questionable whether it's worth clarifying for their sake.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
