I had a callback weeks ago - still haven't hear back either. From what I can tell at my school (t30) no one has heard anything.

In the same boat too. 2016 SA at RLF told me he heard within about 1.5 weeks of CB in late August 2015. Things can change from year to year, however, so it could be hard to speculate. Prior post on this forum seems to suggest they had a bunch of 2016 SAs waiting until last minute to accept or reject their offers (they had a 10/1 deadline apparently). They number of new associates starting in Fall 2017 (and what departments they are going to) may have a potential impact on 2017 summer hiring.Anonymous User wrote:I had a callback weeks ago - still haven't hear back either. Only 1 2016 SA was being waited on to accept/decline an offer.Anonymous User wrote:In the same boat too. 2016 SA at RLF told me he heard within about 1.5 weeks of CB in late August 2015. Usual turnaround time is ~a week from CB to offer, based on what I've heard.
There have definitely been offers into November for RLF. You're not out until they tell you that you're out.

November? That is crazy! Any idea why they take so long to make decisions? Has anyone that had a CB actually been rejected yet?Anonymous User wrote:

They aren't necessarily late decisions, they just continue to give callbacks late into the fall.

Low compared to NYC. No bonus your first year as an associate, I believe, then something like $3k the next year? Don't expect bonuses to make up a large portion of your compensation.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone know average associate bonuses at RLF??
