oops. my bad. Dickinson is 100k, Bodman is 105k, Honigman is 115k (with 5k starting bonus), Foley is 130k (though i heard they were going to 140k), Clark Hill is 110k (i think). not sure where dykema falls
Foley obviously comes in at the top (though Honigman says they have the highest starting that's not the case. I'm not sure where Foley goes after your first year - if it is lock step or what. But 140 starting in Detroit is better than anywhere else in the country.
Where did you hear that about Foley?
I would like to know your source of information as well, because this (mostly the 10 SAs for next summer) does not really fit with what I've heard through talking to people in that office (unless Foley is being tight lipped about it).
Source on pay: SA going there this summer restating a convo they had With a member of the recruitment committee
Source on class: hiring partner during cb interview and their pitch to have me join them in Detroit and not take an offer in chi.

Foley is definitely going to 140 in at least some offices. They told us about the pay bump shortly after 2014 SAs got offers.

What is foley's pay scale post 1st year (at least for whatever office you are in - don't need to say which if you don't want to)? Is it lock step or as foggy as the bonus structure? Also, can you give any color on how the bonus structure works out in practice and has it been clarified at all?

My understanding is that it's lockstep for 4 years and then some kind of combination of lockstep and merit after that. I think you get deferred comp once you hit 1950 plus a discretionary bonus, which seems like a black box.

Would this include Milwaukee?
