I went on the evening CB on 8/21 in NY and have not heard yet so I am expecting the rejection in the mail this week.

Offer in hand here. This is easy criticism considering every female partner in their Dallas office left at once on rumors of poor treatment, but can you point to specifics? It seems highly unlikely that Weil would be willing to bill clients at senior associate rates, and they have to if they're paying lockstep salaries, if a substantial portion of the class is doing doc review.
