Has anyone else already reached out to firms that haven't released any info? Is it inappropriate to try and contact them so soon after OCI?

I don't see what good could come of it besides possibly finding out a little bit sooner than you otherwise would have. And I think you have a good chance of coming off obnoxious or rude. I have heard some (a very small minority) places never bother to get back, but if you never hear back it was obviously a no so still I don't see the point. Perhaps after like two weeks if would be appropriate, but I think this early they all have their system and are just working through it.

That's just my two cents. Maybe contact CDO if you are seriously considering it.

Anyone hear through the grapevine about Gibson Dunn SF callbacks? I know first round of dings went out via snail mail, and it sounds like other offices may be calling people, but I am surprised if no one has heard anything given that dinner invites happened the same day as interviews.
