Have any of your "Application Received" statuses changed to something like "Eligibility Confirmed" or "Referred to Component"? I've had nothing change in the past week....

Nevermind. Found this post from last year on the Community Forum:

"Ladies and Gentlemen: If your online status reads: Application received", then I want to reassure you that your application has already been forwarded to the components/offices of interest that you designated. The next online status change that will be visible will reflect "selected for interview" for the Honors Program. This online status change will not indicate the selecting component or components. I will issue follow-up email advising candidates which component selected them within 24 hours. I send one message for each hiring component. If your online status indicates that you were selected for an interview and you do not get a message from a specific component, then that component did not select you. We then wait a bit for components to make any additional selections before we notify candidates who were not selected. This time period is not fixed - could be a couple of weeks. The next notification would go to SLIP candidates selected for consideration for employment. I hope this information is helpful to you. Good luck to all!"

Did anyone else receive an email today from the Office of the Inspector General regarding their Honors Program position(s)? I assume it was just a form email sent to those who expressed interest in their office?

Creeping through the last few years of commentary in the website "communities" tab shows interview notices for the HP going out between Sept. 25 and Sept. 30.

Bets on when this year's go out?

Just an FYI to anyone who has not seen it: Deana Willis posted a message to the Community Board stating that interview offers will go out no later than September 30 and hopefully sooner than that. Also “definitely not by Friday.” Putting those together, I guess the “sooner if all goes well" means September 29 (next Monday)? Lol.

Additionally, “Application Received” is the last update you’ll get before “Selected for Interview” if you get an interview.

Guess we have max 1 week left of waiting for the first round offers. Luckily no looming government shutdown the year.

HP status updates have started to go up for those selected for interviews. I've been selected, as has a friend of mine. No email yet re: which division.

Same here, and also no email. Do you know how many candidates each component generally interviews for each spot? And which components did you select?

Congrats!

Ditto. Or, rather, I got the "you were selected for an interview" email, but not the components email.

Likewise, selected for interview. Status update and generic email stating interview(s) but no specific components.

Congrats, everyone!

Got mine this afternoon too. Almost would have never noticed the e-mail if I wasn't especially bored on the bus & checking my spam folder for once.

Top 10%/LR at a T30, district court clerkship, applied to Crim Div, some USAOs, and BOP. I'll be shocked if I got more than one interview.

I'm not the quoted poster, but we could be the same person. All the same stats and components. Best to you, doppleganger.

Same to you! If by some miracle we're both interviewed and hired by the same office, I'm sure we'll be bffs.
