not to my surprise a lot of people getting preselects have at least some ties.. Not surprised that top 10 percenters get them w/o ties but how can you explain top 40 top third w/ ties getting preselects consistently. I envy yall! Good luck with interviews.

why explain top 40's getting preselects? even bottom 40's have interviews

I've heard absolutely zero information regarding bids. No Emails, nothing on the BADCF website

They don't send you an email. Log into your simplicy account, go to the OCI tab and there is an invitations column
