not to my surprise a lot of people getting preselects have at least some ties.. Not surprised that top 10 percenters get them w/o ties but how can you explain top 40 top third w/ ties getting preselects consistently. I envy yall! Good luck with interviews.

They don't send you an email. Log into your simplicy account, go to the OCI tab and there is an invitations column
