Don't expect them to move as quickly as the big firms. Small firms in general are slower, but Jersey firms are known for being even worse. There, you're not only competing with T14 students with Hersey roots and the Jersey schools, but also NJ state clerks, who tend to make up the bulk of Jersey hiring.
The one firm I asked indicated 2+ weeks
