Correct. I'm somewhere in the top 15-20% range at a T6. No law review but a few years of work experience

I am not sure if I agree with your interpretation. As I see it, for NYC office and CLS for this one year, they gave callbacks to a little under 50% of interviewees and then gave offers to a little over 50% of callback-ees. Personally I dont know how CLS does its EIP bidding so I am not sure how to interpret the screener->callback number.

Considering Deb as well, wondering peoples reasons for accepting Deb over other top Vault firms in terms of corporate work?

Have an afternoon CB interview and an 8:45pm flight out. I'm a little worried with people saying the interviews go long. Think I'll be able to make the flight?

Similar situation - heard they have top flight private equity fund formation and an amazing work culture - seemed like a calm workplace with genuine people, without the intensity and palpable stress of other higher ranked firms, like Skadden/K&E/Latham NYC.
