I'm not the OP, but I largely feel the same way. I can't imagine doing this crap for any serious length of time. I'm starting to consider slacking off the rest of summer to collect a paycheck (without worrying about a full time offer) and then applying for some small-time government gig post law school.

BigLaw SUCKS. And don't tell me about how many people would kill for the job; it just means that people are willing to be slaves for money.
