As you may know, technology is changing how we live. Some technology is great, like technology that helps the medical personnel, law enforcement personnel and the like but some technology is just garbage. Our children are growing up in the Facebook, Myspace and Twitter era. Yes, I understand that Facebook and Myspace are sites used to reunite and communicate with friends, however, that's all our kids care about. Not only can we get online to facebook and myspace, we also get it on our cell phones. It seems as though our faces are stuck to the computer or cell phone updating our "status" on either Facebook, Myspace or Twitter. I mean, who really cares what you are doing. Don't you people want some privacy? Why would you tell the world what you are doing and where you are at. Why do you post pictures for people to see? How about you people deactivate your accounts and do something with you life? Read a book? Get a job? Do some homework?
We are all going to learn that these sites will have a bad effect on our kids if we do not control it.

I don't think that's the same Rose Clayton, though. When I googled Rose Clayton, I thought that was the same person too, at first. But if you check http://www.claytonlawoffices.com/attorneyprofile.shtml, whom I think is the Rose Clayton in this case, she actually went to Western New England.booyakasha45 wrote:I'm afraid it might not be. Based on this guy's response, I don't think he has any idea how toasted he is. This will follow him forever, and I almost feel bad for him. Almost.

Agreed. He actually posts on his blog that he's planning to sue a prospective employer? Who in their right mind would dare to interview him now knowing that if he doesn't like their terms that they'll get into a freaking flame war?romothesavior wrote:Based on this guy's response, I don't think he has any idea how toasted he is. I don't think having a listing on Cornell's site means she went to Cornell law. Cornell's Legal Information Institute just makes legal sources available for free, so I'm guessing attorneys can submit their information to be listed on the website. The number on the listing matches the one on her website.vlsorbust wrote:I don't think that's the same Rose Clayton, though. This seriously has to be a joke. I just cannot believe it. If it actually is real, this guy needs to be committed.
Incidentally, it was funny how he randomly decided to insult Scalia in one of the emails.
Also, he's obviously very serious about being a lawyer. I mean a gavel, the Constitution, and even pictures of the founding fathers. It's surprising that Obama is knocking down his door for appointment to the bench.

Another thing he's probably not thinking about either is passing character and fitness. Not sure if MA has a rule about this, but it surely can't look good.

Ah, ok -for some reason it seemed to me that the link you quoted was the alumni site.booyakasha45 wrote:I don't think having a listing on Cornell's site means she went to Cornell law. I saw his LinkedIn profile (it looks like it's been taken down now) and it was hilarious. The man has a serious problem with his capslock key.

I'm surprised anyone thinks this is a flame. People are absolutely this stupid. Jesse Clark is really in for it.

Re: Looking for a job? Never do what Jesse J. Clark did!
Looks like he doesn't have to worry about being googled by an employer:
I like how he closes:As a result of the recent events that have occurred these past couple of days in regards to Attorney Rose Clayton’s posting of our now not so private email conversation, I feel compelled to make this last and final blog and say goodbye to this “prestigious” profession.
Survey says...not a chance. What will I do now? Will I ever go back to law school and obtain my J.D.?
