I think the amount of "research" that career services is encouraging students to do is a little overkill. You should have a general sense of the kind of work the firm does and whether that fits with your interests - you should also know whether the person sitting across from you is corporate / litigation - beyond that, I don't think you really need to know anything specific about the firm. Just relax, go in there, and have a conversation. Not exactly rocket science.

Anyone else have more updates? From what I've heard, Gibson had an invitation dinner last night and so did Norton Rose Fulbright. Oddly, so did King and Spalding, but they don't interview till today.

They only invited a couple people though.
