Don't they pay below market in NY and Philly anyway? I'd imagine any movement in Philly will come from Dechert or MLB. If Philly goes to 180, I wouldn't be surprised if they upped to 160 in Philly and NY.

Looks like covingTTTon summers still underpaid by $35 per week compared to others paying 3,500 a week.

1st years will make less than summer associates at the firms paying $3,500 a week to their summers. As a first year I'm not sure whether I should laugh or cry.

I bet Sterne will. IP boutiques with strong litigation practices have every reason to move, since many of their GP competitors are moving.

Not sure about the others, or about how much precedent there is for prosecution-heavy firms to raise.

any mcguirewoods associates here? Our firm broke $1,000,000 in PPP for the first time this year and had a very, very good year last year. Am law #68. In spite of that, compensation didn't even meet the old market standard, especially for bonuses. with the new market, the chasm has only grown lolz.

Idk about A&B, but when I received an offer from K&S Atlanta in the fall, they were still at $135k.
