Got an email from a firm I interviewed with last week. Thought it was a ding.
It wasn't a ding but an email reminding me to send in my transcript.
Back to waiting for grades.

Heard back from a judicial internship I applied to. Was told to send in my law school transcript for review. Is that generally a good sign or do they contact every applicant to request for a transcript?

Yes. I know for Weil, when you submit a diversity app, you're automatically considered for a regular SA position as well.

I sent out 30 firm apps so far. I don't know if should continue with this, or start applying for in-house positions.

I had one diversity and one non-diversity SA interview, and they are not much different.
