No word for CR, here. Interviewed, but no indication that they called my references - at least not the judge I'm clerking for.

Has anyone been selected as a finalist for any of the USAOs? You don't have to specify which one...

I interviewed with a USAO and have not been selected as a finalist. I'm really hoping that means you haven't either and I can continue in my comforting illusion that they haven't finished the process yet, rather than that they just haven't selected me...Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone been selected as a finalist for any of the USAOs? From EOIR? I'm hoping that my status staying at "selected for interview" isn't a cause for concern until at least next week...

Same for NSD - no movement Worried because they implied they'd be moving before the published date.

Re: DOJ Honors 2013
Well, the one thing that's slightly reassuring is that there seem to be a lot more of us who haven't had our status change yet, than there are those who have.

For my EOIR crew, my status also remains static at "selected for interview."

OCIJ interviewed 180 people, so roughly 3 people for every position.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone know if there are a lot of former clerks or fellowshipers applying for EOIR (specifically OCIJ)? I've heard that many people try to use EOIR as a back door into DOJ, and I am curious about how many of those there are. Additionally, does anyone know how many people OCIJ interviewed?

It would be so nice if I could think of my odds as having to beat out 2 other people, rather than 115...(but thanks for the info!).Anonymous User wrote:OCIJ interviewed 180 people, so roughly 3 people for every position.Anonymous User wrote:Does anyone know if there are a lot of former clerks or fellowshipers applying for EOIR (specifically OCIJ)? EOIR here as well. Still at interview. Perhaps we EOIR folks should all select pseudonyms for posting to distinguish ourselves.

My application status and my application information completely disappeared. Was there yesterday at this time, but no longer. Anyone else in the same boat?Vincenzo wrote:For my EOIR crew, my status also remains static at "selected for interview."

Eek! Having said that, I'm pretty sure this happened to a couple of people last year? No idea if it had any significance for their application status though.Anonymous User wrote:My application status and my application information completely disappeared. the official timeline indicates that notifications to non-finalists go out in mid-dec. either they're jumping way ahead of their timeline or there is a glitch. the latter is more likely.Anonymous User wrote:Eek! EOIR: Still at Selected for Interview.
My interviewer told me offers were expected to start mid-November, but I imagine the hurricane will delay that a bit.
