Seeing a lot of dings....which I realize may just be sample selection and there, inherently, being more dings in the process than good news.
Can anyone on campus speak to the general mood right now about OCI -- same as last year? Worse? Better?

Re: Michigan OCI 2012
There are few people who can report an accurate comparison between the two. What I can say is that I am just above median (3.25ish). I bid heavily DC. I have received 4 callbacks and still not heard back from around 10 firms.jrthor10 wrote:Seeing a lot of dings....which I realize may just be sample selection and there, inherently, being more dings in the process than good news.

If things are going better than last year that's great news, because last year was pretty successful.

Re: Michigan OCI 2012
4 cbs, 3 dings, silence from 7.
I focused on a secondary market and applied through other methods (job fairs/mass mailing) too, and have 5 callbacks from those efforts. Let's see if I get a job
ETA: ~top 40% or so?, secondary journal.
