May 6th was the date given by my interviewer as the latest date that I would receive a response. Idk if that's a universal date, but hopefully we'll all be out of our misery within the next 24 hours.

My interviewer said May 2nd or May 5th. Was really hoping to get some sort of reply today.

Hey bro/brosephenie I have some rough news to share. After some more inquiring, turns out that some Houston firm placements went out on Friday. Still, I hope you get your second or third choice.

Waiting on my ding here! I must admit that it feels nice at least knowing that you can go on with summer plans, etc. I have been so anxious for the past week or so.

I'd say if you haven't heard back by now it's probably not happening. I'm already in contact with the firm I've been partnered with and we're balls deep in planning a schedule for the summer.

Eh. This is not necessarily the case. I was dinged and the same day I was offered a position at a NYC firm (this was all this week). It's not over until it's over...and even then it may not be over.

I haven't heard back either, but I'm assuming I'm not getting in and going forward with my summer plans.

Maybe they'll surprise me!
