Does anyone know about callback conversion rates this year? It seems like we are getting a lot of dings at screeners, but does that mean there will also be a lot of dings at callbacks?

I think OP meant if you haven't received any other callbacks yet, not particularly the time of the actual callback.

OP is just trolling. A CB is a CB. Of course, the sooner the better. But do you really think firms want their partners and associates to waste time on CBs with applicants if they didn't have an interest in offering?

Sorry if it came off that way, I’m not trying to troll. I read on other schools’ threads that a few people had been doing callbacks with the firm this past week and got nervous. On top of that, this year seems to be really brutal. I was just stressing hard and probably should have sent an email to my OCS instead. Thanks for the reality check though, what you said was actually helpful.

I had a CB this morning and they said they would let me know end of this week or first thing next week.

I had a pre OCI CB and I’ve been ghosted for two weeks, so I’m guessing it’s a rejection

I actually agree with OP that these later callbacks are definitely less desirable since firms are filling up fast. Should have done OCI earlier...
