Callbacks are basically 4-5 screeners back to back, but I find them to be more conversational than screeners. Some firms will give you a list of attorneys you will be meeting and some firms won't. If they do, look up the attorneys and do some quick research, but you really don't have to spend too much time reading about the kind of cases or deals they worked on. Just know their practice areas and when they joined the firm (if this information is available, which usually isn't). Other than that, get a good night's sleep and be enthusiastic about the firm because at that point, it's really about fit.
