For the bigger class firms it was day of probably 1/3 of the time, night of 1/3 of the time and next day the remaining 1/3. There were a few exceptions that may have taken a couple of days but I don't know of any that took longer than that. Might still happen though so don't stress yourself out just be rational.

My friends and I interviewed with almost all of the top NY firms. PW was day of (dinner that night). S&C was two or three days (the second interviewer took much longer than the first...). Kirkland was next day. STB was next day. Debevoise was next day. Cleary was next day. Latham was next day.

I don't remember 2/3 being the day of / night of. Might just be the specific firms, though.

Calling by phone. Will give initials in a few hours. Edit: the initials for my interviewer were not CO so at least one other is calling.

Received S&C the scheduling email which may mean they are done sending out CBs for now.

Last year I got some into the 8pm CDT range from east coast firms, which I always found a little funny given the general hide-the-hours thing that happens during OCI/2LSA/etc

(I realize that 9pm is not actually bad at all, but still)

Most firms will send out rejection letters, although sometimes very very late (I received one in October???).

For those of you that got CBs, help out your classmates: note the time and initials of the the interviewer.
