I'm at a non-Texas school and interviewed last week. No CB's but no rejections from ANY firm. Do I go die in a hole now?

No; I'm at a non-TX school and got a few CBs starting 4 days after up to 9 days after, so far.

My friend just got AK Austin, but it's the only one I've heard so far.

Any news from Proskauer (LA), Sutherland, Haynes & Boone, Akin Gump, S&C, or Jones Day? Also thought I had a preselect interview with Cadwalader, D.C. that went wonderfully but have heard zilch.

What's the deal with Haynes & Boone (Dallas) and Locke Lord (Dallas)? Any news yay or nay about callbacks from them?

T-14er here. OCI was first half of the month. I got a rejection email from HB about a week back and attended the first callback day for LL Dallas today. They only have 1 other day for callbacks, August 29.Anonymous User wrote:What's the deal with Haynes & Boone (Dallas) and Locke Lord (Dallas)? Any news yay or nay about callbacks from them?

Thanks. I attend a school outside of Texas and interviewed with both, but I have not heard yay or nay from either. I guess I will just continue to wait.Anonymous User wrote:T-14er here. Anonymous User wrote:The only intel I have-
-Gardere Houston sent out some ding letters and some letters saying "you'll hear back in a few weeks"
-Gardere Dallas callbacks went out
-HayBoo Dallas gave many of their offers before OCI even started to secure the highest GPAS
-LL Dallas callbacks went out and happened already
-Strasburger Dallas callbacks went out and happened already
Also, law review receptions don't really mean anything except free drinks.
Is the Gardere info for UT OCI?
