Usually email. But that first email could just be a "thank you for applying." All but one of my interviews were communicated to me via phone.

A recruiting coordinator at DLA (CC/LA) told me the first week of January that they plan on starting their recruitment process within a couple of weeks. Any movement from DLA for any of you?
