If a firm replies back requesting a skype screener and you agree to one but they don't reply back, how long should you wait to follow up?

So, what do you think? Is Dear Hiring Manager better than To Whom It May Concern?
Both are terrible. Call and see if you can figure out who the hiring manager is. If not then go with "dear hiring manager"
why is this post anon?
also, poster above is obviously intending to send the letter to multiple employers, so a generic salutation is needed
poster above, "dear sir or madam" is fine to use here

Total accident.

Internship with a rocket docket magistrate for half the summer. Interview set up with another. Interview with V100 law firm. Top 10% at T75 school.

E: I have withdrawn my app with all full-summer judges. Do I need to withdraw apps for other things or can I just wait to see if they offer something? (clinics/ firms/ govt/ etc) A lot less work that way.

Got a callback at a firm for a diversity spot. Any suggestions on what questions to prepare for? Is it going to be like a normal firm callback only with some diversity-specific questions thrown in?

Mind sharing your stats/rough school rank/flavor of diversity?
No grades yet--the firm said the callback was based on the "strength of my application," which was basically just cover letter + resume + diversity statement. CCN + LGBT

Anyone know if we email update MoFo with our transcript or just update our profile on their careers site?

Has anyone that applied to the Skadden program heard back? And if so would you mind sharing approximate school rank and diversity status? Thanks.

Not yet, HYSCCN URM. I imagine it'll have movement after grades, I heard it was really competitive.

Got an email asking to update app with grades. I am guessing that movement happens on a per-office basis, since others have posted about follow-up emails as well as a screener already.

HYS non-URM

Has your classmate heard back about a CB yet? I interviewed myself (fairly recently) and have yet to receive any news.

No, I don't think so. Hope you hear something (good) soon!

Oh, I'm the URM above, and I got the grades email too (right after applying), but assumed it was standard.

You guys address interview by first name or "Mr/Ms"? Different for non-partner and partner interviewer?

Depends on what the interviewer asks you to call them. Start with Mr./Ms., then if they say to call them something else go with that.

1L in Austin, just got invited to interview at Baker Botts Dallas during the first week of classes. I have two classes the day they asked me to come. What do I do? Am I likely to get the job so that it would be worth it to spend the money/miss classes to go? Haven't met anyone from the firm nor gone to any receptions.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
