I have an interview at 9. Maybe that's slightly paranoid but I'm shooting for 8h15. I wouldn't do less than 30mn before.

Also have a 9AM interview. Hoping to call and Uber and be out of the apartment by 8 to be there by 8:15.

Did you get a cb confirmed at the happy hour are you counting the happy hour as a cb?

3L here. Last year, Sheppard Mullin did a dinner for all screeners that they planned to give callbacks too. The CB itself is a separate event that you will later schedule with recruiting.

This is just anecdotal, but I had 4 dinner invitations last year during EIW and all resulted in CBs. I'm sure a dinner/happy hour invitation isn't indicative of a guaranteed callback, but a CB is very likely after such an invitation.

idk about dinners but I'd be reluctant to read into happy hours/cocktail hours too much, many of the ones I was invited to required an RSVP before screening interview even happened
