Good idea to call recruiting today if you are still waiting to hear and have a 10/1 deadline from your summer firm?

Ding from DPW today, CB on 9/1. Relieved, because I hated it and the city. But still in the vale, so that's awful.

Another ding from DPW from cb on 9/4. I had expected it given the delay obviously, but sucks to be in the vale too. Officially given up on big law i think.

Long story short though, I do not have much to add as I really do not know the answers to any of your questions. I assume she received the offer yesterday but have no idea if that is correct, and also don't know when she interviewed (I did not even know she was job hunting in general-text was kind of out of the blue). Sorry I can't be of more assistance, but I wish you the best of luck.

I interviewed at Kirkland NY exactly a week ago. I haven't heard back--any suggestions or should I just wait it out?
