Dont go to a CB you wont realistically work at (if you have an offer already of course). That's someone elses spot who would.

Agree with he first part but thats not really someone else's spot. All firms (much like law schools) have yield protection so if one person doesn't do the CB that doesn't really mean that the firm will be calling someone else.

How long does it typically take to hear back after a CB? I had a Mayer Brown CB about a week and a half ago and it's been total silence since then...

I would assume MB is waiting until everyone has had their MB callbacks. I don't even have mine until Monday. But if last year's charts are any consolation, 2/3 of people who had callbacks last year received offers.

What can/should we do if we still haven't heard from firms with which we did OCI screeners? Any advice from 3Ls? I sent emails to the recruiting contact saying I am still interested but I have not still not heard back from 14 of my OCI firms...

Has anyone received dings from S&C, Gibson, Akin, Baker Botts, or Cadwalader, all NY? I've heard nothing from them since OCI and I'm wondering if that's just dings.
