If a firm gave a CB, said they would call you by a certain date, and didn't, that means ding right?

Also no CB at Cravath, top 1/3 HYS. And I hear they like 1Ls with significant work exp.

From what I have heard, callbacks at Cravath have occurred. I dont know if anyone has been accepted or dinged yet following their callbacks. Anyone have info?
