I do get comfort from the number of people also with only 1 callback. I know last year there was widespread panic on TLS during OCI, but the who worked where list for this year shows that things actually turned out very well. Lets hope for the same this year.

Chins up, guys. (3L here). Last year, I only had 1 callback by the time OCI ended, and then got 4-5 more in the 2-5 weeks following OCI. (Yep, I got a CB from Latham 5 weeks after OCI ended and everyone else had already heard). I ended up with multiple opportunities from great firms.

I think we all need to just remind ourselves that last year the circumstances were similar. More callbacks will come. Also, I think there is little difference between 3 callbacks and 10, provided you are in the geographic area you want to be and you eventually land the job. The person with 10 callbacks will still have a very small amount of information to go off of, i.e. "Do these people seem like dicks? Are they going to make me bill 2900 hours? Am I going to be miserable doing this type of work?". All of these firms pay the same. The chances of making partner at all of them are very remote, and in the event you do, are you really going to care whether you're at Cravath making 3 million a year or just a very substantial salary elsewhere?

If it's any comfort, I went to a Gibson dinner and have not heard. It would be for a different office. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'm still getting a callback.

People who didn't go/weren't invited to the Gibson dinner got Callbacks and some who went didn't.

I'm at another school. I don't know of anyone who was invited to a Gibson dinner who didn't get a callback. Some were slower than others. I was at the dinner and my callback didn't come in until 4-6 days later. I was in the same worried position as some of you. Don't worry, just be patient.
