Seconding this question. I kind of just want to send a group thank you email like the toolkit says... I assume just to begin the email with "Dear All," ? Is anyone else doing that?

I think TLS common wisdom is that thank you's are irrelevant/unnecessary, but I've been sending a brief "thanks, great to meet you and hear about your practice, etc." email to my interviewers individually.

Counselor suggested (and I've been doing this) that if you had a great conversation with one of your CB interviewers, to include something super specific about your conversation (maybe make them a little more of an advocate for you) but to stay away from form emails to all of them. B/c those do nada

3L here: I got a callback from a V60 (secondary market) during the second week of September last year. Don't wait around for that to happen, but certainly don't lose hope if you haven't heard back within a week or two.
