Do we know that a dinner invitation means a callback? My understanding was that the callback pool would be smaller than the dinner-invite pool.

the dinner was 4 hours long, so there's no way they're not all getting callbacks. would be pretty cruel otherwise.

if anything i think there could be callbacks who didn't receive dinner invites.

Can anyone confirm what the hell is going on with Gibson generally?
They overhired by 50 or so people for this summer, with nearly 175 summers around the country, so they'll probably self-correct a bit this year during interviews.

My friend has a callback invitation from Goodwin Boston. Don't know interviewer initials, though.

Gibson uses the dinner as a second screener. While many of us at my dinner received CBs, this was not the case for everyone. And I think fewer got CBs the other night. If you haven't heard within a day or two of the second dinner, I don't think that's a good sign.

By the time you posted, I had received a rejection, so maybe there's hope for you.

Yeah. Nice to know that I was the very first one they didn't want. I thought the interview had gone so well, too.
