Did anyone call him out? Will he be there for SEMW too?
I would file for injunctive relief under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)(1)(A), assuming you haven't already.

Do you mean DC or NYC? I think there's a few from both that haven't reached out yet
Have any NY ones come out yet? Which ones?

Maybe instead of bitching about that person, you should blame yourselves for not having good enough credentials.

Whoa there. I wasn't bitching...and good enough credentials for what exactly? I didn't even apply to MCGC

You probably lack standing then.

What we need to understand is that the guy who showed up was a plant put there by the school in order to further degrade the c/o 2017's reputation. Whether winnie the pooh has standing or not is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. This will all be pinned on the c/o 2017 for supposedly "ruining the collegial atmosphere of Wash U."

I like how we have this habit of running absolutely every WashU thread on this website into a shitshow. It's a nice bit of consistency

Just looking for a ballpark estimate - what kind of position are you in to land a firm from EIW or the off campus program with 12 total screeners spread between the programs? Obviously don't expect anyone to answer with specific odds but just curious what my outlook is like. No chance? 50/50?

Midwest ties, pretty good interview skills.

Really impossible to chance people. I had median last year and 13 total and struck out. It's important to keep things in perspective. Most employers will screen 18-20 students and invite no more than 30-40% of the people they see that day.

So I recently interviewed with a firm, and was wondering when I should expect to get a CB?

Wow really. I was interviewed in June, so I'm assuming that I'll get a call any day now.

Something tells me that call might not be coming, buddy
Also, given how tight interview time frames usually are, I would not consider "June" to be "recently"

Having a really good interview and getting dinged are not mutually exclusive. If the firm wanted to give you a CB, you most likely would have heard already.

Are Sutherland out? Damn I wanted that one.

Also, re: earlier question. I had 13 screeners and 2 CBs (both in home state).

That's what I'm trying to find out (re Sutherland), I'm hoping they just haven't decided yet

If I haven't heard anything from anyone by now, is it safe to say it's a ding?

I really wanted Kaye Scholer and Cleary.

When I was stressed out about OCI last year, I would just listen to my favorite Bee Gees song, "More than a woman." Their brilliant homage to the classic 1976 TV show "Bionic Woman" reminded me that I could be anything I aspired to be.
