Curious what a "Good" screener to cb conversion rate is. Depends on your grades right?

Partially. But I know people with good grades and only a few callbacks and only one offer. I also knew of people with middling to only slightly above average grades with lots of callbacks and lots of offers. Depends on the market too.

We also sort of just had this conversation. Anywhere above 4-5 callbacks is pretty good. If you have 8-10+ callbacks you're probably doing very well.

So from OCI I have 3 CBs, several rejections and 10 firms that I haven't heard back from either way. Does this mean I'm on some sort of waiting list for all 10 of these firms? Some interviewed the first/second day of OCI.

I also have several offers from pre-OCI interviewing but some of my potential "top choices" are in the pending group. The offers from pre-OCI expire pretty soon (right before/during Labor Day weekend) so just wondering how long I should wait before I reach out to these pending firms and ask for an update - as well as how to go about that.

They are all NALP firms - they were extended prior to the start of OCI.

I would not wait long. Callback schedules are packed; some of mine aren't until the week before Labor Day.
