Went in and had 6 interviews. 2 alternates that didn't come to fruition.

3 CB from PILP. 3 offers from PILP alone. Had an offer going into OCI. Ended up accepting the first offer I got (one from PILP).

Depends on the firm. Most of my firms called back within a few days to a week at most. But yes, it's a thing - I got an offer for a call back during my interview at PLIP.

Note - if you meant firms handing out offers for a SA at PLIP, I have no idea if that's a thing. I hadn't heard of that.

That happened. In the hallway about 20 minutes before my interview a firm handed out an offer to some girl. From what I could overhear, she had somehow put pressure on them and caused them to either offer her a job or pass on her completely? And somehow NALP was referenced. IDK what she did or if this was completely out of context, but it was definitely awkward for me.
